 DIY (Do It Yourself)

Do It Yourself (DIY) has become the current buzzword in our tough economic times. Valley Heating is here to help the Do It Yourselfer. We have been told by many of our customers that Valley Heating is one of the very few Heating And Air Conditioning companies in the area that is willing to sell parts across the counter. Valley Heating also charges the same price for those parts whether we install the part of you pick it up from our store.

In addition to offering parts at fair prices, Valley Heating offers something that other Heating and Air Conditioning companies rarely offer, free advice and years of expert knowledge of heating, air conditioning, heat pumps and boilers. Bring in your problem parts or just describe the situation to us and we will do what we can to lend you a hand.

In addition to personal service Valley Heating offers our On-Line FAQ section that offers up many hints, tricks and advice to diagnose common problems. Just click on the FAQs tab at the top of the page and navigate your way to the proper set of FAQs.

Valley Heating does ask that in order to make sure that the Do It Yourselfer gets the proper part that the old part is brought in so we can match it up with the new part. If this is not possible we ask that the model and serial number of the unit be supplied to us. Often part numbers on the old / broken parts have been superceded and often are not cross-referenced and do not help in finding the part needed.

Valley Heating carries a large number of commonly needed parts for many makes of heating and air conditioning units. These include relays, transformers, limit switches, capacitors, motors, thermostats, fuses, flame sensors, thermocouples, pilot generators, gas valves and much more.
